i collected the management review report, and finished report of the continuance improvement project, and i asked Elizabeth to validate whether can use the small magent to fix the travel sheet of firction material trolley.

After then, i went to IQC office and lab to check 5S, due to we will greet an improtant customer visit.

I just read an article from my firend, and I do agree with his view, and for an enterprise, i think the most important as following:

1, the leader of the enterprise;

2, the culture of the enterprise;

3, The foresight of the enterprise;

4, The skills of the labors must keep growing with the market of the enterprise;

Morning Meeting:

To Rain - He should finish the function testing report and then send to Wallace for review;

To Neal - He should send the compressive & Krauss testing reports to me, i need to insert them into management review report, and also he should help Lucky to do the function testing today.
