为了抓好课堂教学改革,构建高效课堂,3月13号上午全体语文老师在二楼多媒体教室,进行第三次教研活动,围绕“中年级段语文教学”展开新授课例,扎实开展听评课活动。

本次教研关注了新授常态课,把新授常态课看作是发现教学问题的着眼点;开展“随堂新授课”的听评活动。每周教研时间随堂听年级组内教师一节课,这样全面推进教师课堂教学能力的提升。通过上课,评课,反思,提高教师把握教材,驾驭课堂的能力,让老师不断研课和磨课中提高业务水平。
这种互相听课、评课,互相交流、探索。评课遵循“四步曲”:上课教师新授课、听课,教师议课、骨干教师点评、上课教师谈收获,真正做到“人人参与,人人思考,人人发言,人人受益”。
