食材表:
温牛奶180g、酵母3g、面粉400g、鸡蛋2个、白糖10g、食用油15g、白芝麻
制作方法:
1、碗中放入酵母,倒入温牛奶将酵母融化

2、面粉中磕入两个鸡蛋,加入白糖,甜度可以根据自己的口味加减

3、将调好的酵母牛奶倒入面粉中,搅成絮状后揉成面团

4、面团揉至光滑以后,盖上盖子,发酵40分钟

5、发酵好后将面团倒出,然后分次加入15g食用油,反复揉搓面团4到5分钟,揉匀排气

6、面团揉好后搓成条状,然后分成大小均等的小剂子

7、将小剂子按扁擀长,从一头将面皮卷起,然后叠起来

8、再次将面团按扁擀长,重复相同的动作三遍

9、三遍以后两手捏压着将面团揉圆

10、电饭煲内胆底部抹入一点油子,将做好的面坯放到里面,二次醒发15分钟

11、醒发好后再面坯表面涂抹一层蛋黄液,涂抹均匀以后在表面撒入一点白芝麻
