Nature itself has a pulse, a rhythmic, wavelike movement between activity and rest. Think about the ebb and flow of the tides, the movement between seasons, and the daily rising and setting of the sun. Likewise, all organisms follow life-sustaining rhythms—birds migrating, bears hibernating, squirrels gathering nuts, and fish spawning, all of them at predictable intervals.

我的思考My Thinking
这让我想起了前段时间关于周期的思考,波动性也是所有万事万物的特征之一。既然波动性是客观规律,因此我们要遵循并且善用之,我想起了霍金的一句名言,“智慧是适应变化的能力”,波动本身就是一种变化(无论有无规律),我们积极地适用。
This reminds of my thinking on cycles a few days ago, Oscillation is the most basic characteristic of all things in Universe independent of human's will. We should respect and use properly of it. As Stephen Hawking said, “Intelligence is the Ability to Adapt to Change”. Oscillation is change itself which we should respect wisely.
对于精力管理而言,遵循精力的波动规律是最重要的,松弛有度才是精力管理的最佳策略。我们的精力不是取之不竭,用之不尽的,而是有限的。精力管理要涵盖这4个维度而不仅仅是单个维度,这是我们要警觉的。
For Energy Management, respect the Oscillation & Pulse is fundamental, Work & Rest(Expenditure and renewal) is the best tactics. Energy is not endless but limited. We should take care of Energy Management in all dimensions to which we must pay attention.
