Nonetheless, it is self-evident that doing the bare minimum of things will only justify for your laziness and closes doors of opportunities in the future. Doing the bare minimum will not contribute you any success as you will not get noticed by people around you for your good work, doing bare minimum means barely getting noticed at all. And when you do, you won’t know what you are capable of achieving by shining so dimly with your small and irresponsible effort.

To add to that matter, you will also not feel good about it. Being less invested in things that we are responsible means we do less of a good job about it. And when we feel like we don’t do a great job, it will render us to feel incompetent, worthless, and unrecognized. We feel less fulfilled and happy compared to people who feel they are great at doing their job.
So, let’s start to take your responsibilities seriously and find out what you are capable of and make sure that whatever it is that you are doing right now, do it as good as you humanly and possibly can…
