外媒评选了中国最好吃的10款泡面,我竟然只吃过2款....

    有这么一种味道,但它深藏在你记忆深处,但只要一闻到,立马就能勾起你的食欲。

    它,就是国民美食——泡面

    冉冉上升的轻烟,加上一桶方便面是回家列车上、火车站的标配。

    校园宿舍,门口也经常会飘来一阵阵泡面的香味....

    Sichuan Baijia Broad Noodle Chilli Oil Flavor

    四川白家红油面皮

    So The noodles are very broad and hydrated well. They have a nice chewiness to them. The flavor is excellent – a nice oily spiciness, a slight sweetness and a kind of puckery taste as well. 

    这款方便面是宽面,吸水力很好,非常有嚼劲。味道也很独特,油香麻辣,尝起来微甜带点涩味。

    Master Kong Tomato Sauce Instant Noodle

    康师傅西红柿鸡蛋打卤面

    The noodles are about double the width of a standard instant noodle and flat. Very floppy but very nice in this application. 

    这款方便面比较扁,宽度大约是普通方便面的两倍,面条非常柔软,非常合适用在方便面里。

    The broth is indeed tomato flavored, and has a nice tomato taste at that. The included vegetables hydrated perfectly – all the way down to the peas.

    汤底是浓浓的番茄味,搭配的蔬菜包括豌豆吸水程度都恰到好处。

    Baixiang Noodles Sauerkraut Flavor Instant Noodle

    The noodles are a little wide and flat. They are really very good and there’s a lot of them. The broth has a rich flavor – the sauerkraut’s bitterness is there, but also a kind of artificial meat flavor that works well. Also, there’s a little spiciness to it which was great!

    这款方便面面条较宽较扁,味道不错,量也很足。汤底味道丰富,酸菜的酸带点苦,搭配肉味和一点辣味,棒极了

    JML Spicy King Spicy Beef Instant Noodle

    今麦郎香锅麻辣牛肉面

    The noodles are perfect – plump and plentiful. The broth is wonderful – perfect oiliness and heat and beef flavor. 

    面条饱满,份量足,堪称完美。汤底很美味,油香麻辣,配上牛肉的味道。

    The heat tastes like it’s coming from Sichuan peppers. The vegetables in the powder sachet hydrated very well. The supplied seaweed is perfect.

    麻辣的味道应该是来自花椒。调料粉包里的蔬菜吸水之后变得非常饱满,搭配的紫菜味道也很赞。

    The noodles have a standard instant gauge. They have just the right backbone to them – good texture and chew. 

    这款方便面是标准的细长面条,口感棒,嚼劲十足。

    The broth is extremely good – a tart beef flavor with good oiliness to it. The carrot and beef are excellent! Like a gourmet vegetable beef noodle.

    汤底也非常棒,酸牛肉味,配上一股油香。胡萝卜和牛肉也非常美味。这款方便面可以说是一流的蔬菜牛肉面了。

    Sichuan Baijia Chongqing Noodles Spicy Hot Flavor

    四川白家重庆小面麻辣味

    The noodles are thin and flat with a medium width. They really work well here. 

    这款方便面又扁又细,宽度中等。

    The broth is a very spicy beef with a Sichuan pepper hit among others. There are sesame seeds throughout and the bits of vegetables in there were great.

    汤底是辛辣的牛肉汤,配上花椒,搭配的芝麻和蔬菜粒也很美味。

    JML Spicy King Spicy Chicken Instant Noodle

    今麦郎辣子鸡面

    The noodles came out very nicely – lots of them and of good texture and chew. The broth has a great spiciness – still worthy of the top ten spicy list. 

    面条煮出来不仅量多,而且口感好,很筋道。汤底非常辣,可以名列最辣方便面榜单的前十。

    Sichuan pepper for sure. Nice color and oiliness in the broth as well.

    不用说,肯定是花椒。汤汁色泽鲜亮,油香十足。

    Sichuan Baijia Chongqing Noodles Burning Dry Noodles

    The noodles are extremely plentiful and really soft and floppy. This is perfect as the seasonings and liquids combine with them very well.

    面条份量十足,而且很松软。调味料,酱汁和面充分融合,味道棒极了。

    The flavor is like an almost beefy and tasty lasagna but with Sichuan pepper and other spices going on. Moreover, the more you eat, the spicier it gets – heat, upon heat, upon heat! The pain! 

    味道就像是美味,厚实的烤宽面条,但配上的是花椒和其他调味料。而且,这个面皮是越吃越辣,辣,好辣,辣爆了!

    JML Spicy King Spicy Pork Instant Noodle

    今麦郎剁椒排骨面

    The noodles came out nice and plump and there’s a good amount of them. The broth has a fiery spiciness and great flavor to it. 

    面条煮出来饱满,份量足。汤底非常辣,味道鲜美。

    I really have to say the red chillies add a very nice hit of spice and vegetable elements.

    不得不说,红辣椒增添了一分辣味和蔬菜元素。

    Wugudaochang Tomato Beef Brisket Flavor Purple Potato Noodle

    The noodles, made from purple potatoes have a nice texture to them – a little sturdier than your garden variety instant and they were very nice to chew. 

    面条是用紫薯做的,口感特别,有点筋道,很有嚼劲。

    The broth is a thick beef and tomato affair, with a very luxuriant and rich texture to it – almost creamy in a way. 

    汤底是浓郁的牛肉番茄汤,味道丰富,甚至有点像奶油。

    The inclusion of large pieces of tomato and real beef brisket in there was admirable and very enjoyable. Premium bowl of noodles.

    大块的番茄和牛肉让人馋涎不已,美味极了。第一名当之无愧。

    然鹅,就是这种曾经火爆全球的泡面,在中国的销量逐渐降低了...

    根据世界方便面协会的数据显示,2016年全球的方便面销量骤降17%。

    But by 2016 those sales had tumbled to 38.5 billion packets, according to the World Instant Noodle Association. That's a drop of almost 17%.

    但是,世界方便面协会的数据显示,到2016年,方便面的销量已骤降至385亿包,跌幅近17%。

    而据BBC的最新的深入分析,主要原因还是出在我们中国身上。

    BBC为什么中国方便面的销量已经过了黄金时期?

    报道中,BBC主要提出了4种原因。

    1中国消费者的生活质量提高了

    随着现在生活条件越来越好,吃饭不仅仅只是“填饱肚子”。现在的消费者追求健康的搭配、细腻的口感。

    这样一来,方便面自然不是消费者的首选。

    The decline of instant noodle sales shows a shift in China's consumption patterns. Consumers are more interested in life quality than just filling their bellies these days.

    方便面销量的下降也说明了中国消费模式的转变。如今,与只是填饱肚子相比,消费者更注重生活质量。

    2人口迁移

    另一方面,方便面最大的消费群体就是农民工。为了在大城市中省钱,他们经常会选择价格低廉的泡面。

    而现在由于偏远的农村地区,已经慢慢发展起来,涌向城市的农民工的数量逐渐减少。

    也因此,购买泡面的人自然就少了不少!

    Until 2014 the number of rural Chinese who had moved to cities had been on the rise.

    直到2014年,中国涌向城市的农民工的数量还在上涨。

    But that trend has now reversed for two consecutive years.

    然而,这种趋势如今已经连续两年朝相反的方向发展了。

    3基础设施改善

    20年前,中国旅行的主要出行工具还是火车。当时,方便面就是火车餐饮的主力军。

    现在,动车、高铁越来越普及,大大缩短了旅行时间。另外,车站里一些快餐店提供的饮食也非常多样化。泡面的销量的降低也不足为奇了。

    But Chinese trains and stations have improved. Journeys are quicker, and the range of food options are far more international - meaning noodle sales on the railways have fallen.

    然而,中国的火车和车站已经改进了。旅程变得更快了,而且食品选择的范围也更国际化了,这意味着方便面在铁路系统的销量下降了。

    4外卖的兴起

    最后一点,也是最关键的,外卖的兴起大大的冲击了方便面的市场。

    那些懒癌晚期的患者,平时在家,只要动动手指,就能吃到美食!价格虽没有泡面有优势,但胜在菜品多样!

    Their menus are undoubtedly more expensive than a pot of instant noodles. But these meals can still be inexpensive. And arguably more tasty.

    外卖的饭菜无疑比一碗方便面要贵,但它们还是便宜的,而且可能更美味。

    上面四点,追根究底还是因为中国人民生活水平提高了。人们在追求健康的生活时,吃泡面的频率自然就少了。
