食材表:
紫米饭200g、熟红芸豆100g、红枣干50g、葡萄干50g、白砂糖30g、糯米粉65g
1、紫米提前泡1-2个小时

2、将放到电饭煲里面,像平时蒸米一样把它蒸熟就行了

3、准备一些提前泡好的芸豆,同样也把它蒸熟

4、红枣干切碎

5、把蒸熟的紫米、红芸豆、葡萄干以及红枣碎还有白糖、糯米粉通通倒入大碗里面混合均匀,再加一些完整的芸豆增加口感

6、手套上蘸一点清水防粘,然后取60克揉成球备用

7、再准备一只碗,倒入60克糯米粉和20克中筋面粉

8、再准备一碗清水,豆包先放到清水里面滚一圈,然后再裹一层糯米粉
