食材表:
面团部分:高筋面粉200g、酵母3g、食盐3g、白砂糖15g、清水130g、黄油15g、玉米粒30g
表层部分:玉米粒适量、芝士碎适量、罗勒碎适量
制作方法:
1、把面团部分除了黄油和玉米粒以外所有的食材倒入厨师机桶内,酵母避开食盐和白糖放入,不然会影响发酵。

2、面团揉光滑,拉开看一下呈现锯齿状

3、加入黄油,继续揉面,直到揉出手套膜

4、加上玉米粒,混合均匀

5、表层揉光滑,盖上一层保鲜膜进行发酵

6、用手拍一拍,发出噗噗噗的声音,戳一个小孔,不回缩就发酵好了

7、把面团转移出来,轻轻拍打排气即可,不要过度揉面

8、平均分成六等份

9、再搓圆,盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟

10、静置15分钟后取出,轻轻拍打

11、面团先折起1/3,再折起1/3,最后和另外的1/3对折,收口一定要捏要,不然会变形

12、再搓一搓,两头尖尖就可以了

13、盖上保鲜膜,发酵至两倍大

14、用刀片在表层划上深深的一刀

15、撒上玉米粒,再撒上沙拉酱,最后再洒满一层厚厚的芝士、罗勒碎

16、放入提前预热好的烤箱,180度烤15分钟
