秋言物语(54)| 马小秋:企业的用人之道

    作为企业的领导者,我曾常常感叹德才兼备的人才太少。但有一天当我静下心来仔细思考时,才发现不是人才少,而是领导者的包容和善良程度不够,才会造成人才的缺失。

    As the leader of a company, I always exclaimed in my heart that people with both capability and integrity are deficient. Yet one day, I began to realize that after meditation it is the inadequacy of leaders’ inclusiveness and kindness not the number of talents that results in deficiency or loss of talents.

    就企业而言,我们本身就需要各种不同类型的人才。一雨润万物,而万物其生长则各不相同。人人都有其个别差异,在用人之道上,我认为不必完全求同,只需大同小异。领导者必须身先士卒,用自己的行为和品德去化育人才,而不是用高压方式去管理人才。善良、包容、爱心、耐心和决心是培养人才的摇篮。我们维护企业秩序的良好方法应该是求同存异,彼此包容、相互尊重,从而保持和而不同,调动每个人的主观能动性,发挥其最大作用,为企业发展作贡献。

    As regards Companies, we need varieties of talents. Every one is unique. Just as rain nourishes all things which are different from each other, I hold it’s more proper to seek commonness while preserving differences instead of pursuing sameness. Leaders are required to example by guiding staff with their acts and virtues, instead of governing staff by pressing. Kindness, patience, love and determination are cradles to breed talents. A good way to maintain company’s rules is to seek commonness while preserving differences, to tolerate and respect each other. In this way can a company mobilize staff in a harmonious way maintaining differences, take their potential into full play and contribute themselves to the company.

    企业不同类型,各有所长的人才汇聚,是构成企业人才架构的基本元素。因此我们共同的事情只有一件,那就是品德修养。只要品德修养相同,其他任何的生活方式,行为习惯,专业技能则不必相同。企业的整体思维告诉我们,人与人都是相互依存、无法独立的。我们只有携起手来以和合的仁义情怀来化解矛盾和冲突,共同完成道德修养的落实,才可以彼此实现人生的价值。

    Different types of talents are basic elements of personnel structure. Therefore, our common task is to cultivate morality. There is no need to require lifestyles, behaviors and professional abilities to be different as long as we share same level of virtues. The whole thinking of companies tell us people interdepend on each other. We should work together to address confrontation and disputes in harmonious way, to cultivate morality and realize values of our life.(2017年9月23日马小秋分享)
