就是对方把你脚锁住,有一种特别紧,这种要把对方的gi领子扯直,手从对方身下伸过去抓住领子底部,右手扯住领子向下pull, 两只脚往后伸,break guard -
outside half guard
这种轻微一点,手放到对方头下,右手扯住对方领子,脚往上面slide, 另一只没被困住的脚帮忙..

p.s. 碰到非常heavy 和tight的mount根本束手无策,急需办法逃脱。 还有,碰到腰粗的我full guard腿都围不住对方的腰,我了个大槽呵呵哒
