食材表:
芋泥:芋头300g、紫薯120g、白砂糖30g、纯牛奶150g、淡奶油80g
蛋挞:鸡蛋2个、白砂糖30g、淡奶油150g、纯牛奶70g
其它:棉花糖适量、紫薯粉适量
制作:
1、香芋、紫薯切片,放到蒸锅里面隔水蒸熟

2、把蒸熟的紫薯还有香芋以及白糖、牛奶和淡奶油倒入料理机中打成细腻的薯泥

3、装入裱花袋里面备用

4、碗中磕进去两个鸡蛋,打散

5、放入细砂糖、纯牛奶和淡奶油搅拌搅拌

6、至少过筛两次以上,这样口感会更加细腻

7、蛋挞皮底部先挤上一层芋泥蛋塔,蛋挞液八到九分满

8、送入预热好的烤箱,220度烤20分钟

9、最顶部放上一块棉花糖,继续送入烤箱,再烤两分钟就可以了
