考研复试英语自我介绍笔记（五）

描述家乡或居住城市

除了自我介绍中需要进行描述以外，也很容易成为面试老师的英语口语问题之一。

一、首先可说明著名的旅游景点有哪些。

这里以重庆为例

I was born in Chongqing, a beautiful mountain city.

It's located in the southwest of China.

There are lots of tourist attractions/scenic spots, for instance, Liberation Monument (解放碑)and Old Town（磁器口）.

Bai Mansion（白公馆） and Zhazidong /the Cave of Zhazi（渣滓洞）used to be prisons for revolutionary martyrs（革命烈士）.

二、推荐特色美食与当地小吃。

If you come/travel to Chongqing, you may have the opportunity to taste many delicious foods, among which hotpot（火锅）, spicy  hot（麻辣烫）and Chongqing noodles must not be/are absolutely not to be missed.

三、邀请对方来城市游玩

Welcome to visit my hometown，where the locals/local residents are very hospitable.

When the time comes, you can't help falling in love with this city and will be reluctant to/won't want to leave.
