After Heavy Rains

Here is inhabited without a beach or island,
and we just had some heavy rains.
August with the fresh autumn but torrid still,
burning clouds should be heaped over the sky.

They're the same gambling changers provisional
to be prepared against natural disasters, it needed.
Or just as beach and island for a while,
being them unto ourselves to pursue the matter.

After a sunny day, it's now raining heavily.
After heavy rains, with heavy rain again and again.
