    重要原则

    - Epic/Story导向

    - 头脑风暴+打牌

    - 两个层次的Ready (1)能出release plan(2)ready for development

    特别说明,任督二脉的8字隐喻:

    - 从产品探索到发布计划是战略级准备。关注产品愿景,产品路线图,发布计划。是8字的上面一圈,产品探索团队。

    - 从故事梳理到迭代计划是战役级准备。关注发布计划,迭代计划,故事。是上下两圈的节点。

    - 迭代是战役。关注迭代目标,故事,任务。是8字的下面一圈,产品交付团队。

    - 每日工作是战斗。关注迭代目标,故事,任务。
