酥香味美脆皮小黄鱼,品尝来自海洋的馈赠

1、备料:小黄鱼6个,葱1根,姜1块,料酒适量,食用油适量,食盐适量,白胡椒粉适量,鸡蛋1个,生粉适量,面粉适量;
2、小黄鱼洗净去头,沥干水分备用,生姜切丝,葱切小段备用;

3、沥干水的小黄鱼里加入适量食盐,料酒,葱花,生姜丝,白胡椒粉,拌匀后腌制1小时;

4、碗内放入适量生粉、面粉、盐、1个蛋黄,拌匀后,慢慢倒入清水,边倒边搅拌至成糊状;

5、腌制好的小黄鱼挂糊;

6、起锅烧热,倒入多一些食用油,待油温上来后,可滴入一点面糊,面糊立即浮起说明油温够了,逐个放入小黄鱼,炸至金黄色捞起,用滤网过滤掉多余的油分即可。
