When we meditate is it good to have thinking mind, or is it good to have less thinking mind? If we think it's better to have less thinking, then when we think there is more thinking than there should be, we will start resisting it. We will start making an effort to do something about it. It's only when we can accept that it is nature that we can allow it and learn from it.
禅修时,是念头多点好还是少点好?如果认为念头少点好的话,当我们发现念头过多时就会开始排斥它,并会开始努力为此做点事情。只有当我们把那当作自然现象时,我们才能接纳它并从中学习。
个人注解:自然来去自如,有其规律而不受个人意志左右。持有控制的心,必然受苦。
