Our time and energy is limited, that's the reason why we have to make best use of our time and energy.
In my childhood, I didn't cherish my time and energy as I can sleep to gain more energy. What's more, I didn't notice that day is gone and it won't be come back.
In my college time, I come to realize time is more treasure than anything. I turn to make plans to make best use of my time in order to make great progress.
Fortunately, I make it. Just as I expect, I have make great progress and become a better me.
