材料:青口、文蛤、花蛤、韭菜
辅料:黄瓜、姜、蒜、油、酱油、糖
做法:
1、黄瓜刨2片长条泡冰水待用,
2、水加点姜丝和各类杂贝冷水下锅,煮到水开,杂贝开口就可,
3、手工把贝肉剥开待用,
4、油热下姜蒜爆香
5、倒入贝肉翻炒,下韭菜,翻拌,加少许酱油,少许糖提鲜,收汁关火
6、把黄瓜条摆成圆形,把菜装入里面
