1 Concerning new years plan  , which has not been uncommon and surprisingin man’s life . It is universal that man’s achievement which  is relying on daily accumulation,if man is unwilling to be mediocre,moreover who is dying to write new history himself. How do we do then we canmake a difference in our life ?  As forme  ,all the remarkable achievement isbased on the reasonable plan which man sets up. As we all known,  lifewithout plan that just like a boat sailing on ocean which has no compass.However，when you make a great effort on your career  ,the consequence you desire is a little evenin vain .To make man’s plancome true ,man is regularly supposed to ensure what he wishes to gain and howto carry out the plan efficiently .Naturally ,my dear reader ,you may thinkthat it is essential for you to make a plan ,especially ,at the beginning of ayear ,for a saying goes well ---A good beginning means a half of success. Andwhat should you do then you will make it successful  ? I feel proud of you, indeed, for you havethought upon it .Then ,what you had better do is to make your plan detailed and clear, I mean that you should estimate your plan at any time withoutdifficulty.

1  当谈论到新年计划的时候。这已经不是什么稀奇和惊讶的事情，在人们的生命当中。有一个公认的事实就是，人的成就取决于他平时的积累，如果一人不甘愿平庸，更多的，他渴望书写他自己的历史。那么怎么样让我们的生命有不同呢？对我来讲，所有的巨大的成就，都是基于人所设立的可行的计划。生命如果没有了计划，就相当于在海上航行的船没有了罗盘，然而，当你努力去在你的事业上时。你想要的结果是一点点，或者是徒劳无获的。为了使得人的梦想成现实。人们常常应该确保他想要的和如何去实现高效的实现计划。自然地，我亲爱的读者。你可能想到，对你来说，去做一个计划是必要的。特别是在新年伊始的时候。因为一句谚语说得好，好的开端是成功的一半。那么你应该怎样去使它变得成功呢？我为你感到自豪，的确。因为你已经想到了这一点。那么，接下来你所要做的就是使你的计划具体清晰。我的意思是你应该去估算你的计划，毫无困难地，在任何时候。

2 May my miserable plan tell you what youcan avoid .Twenty  years before, I hadset a large number of plans  ,however most  of which either had been forgotten or had been failed ,the main reasonthat I fail is because which are far above me ,and the absence of persistence. Ingeneral ,  it is the first step that youset up your own New Year’s plan ,for which is like a compass which can offeraccurate and correct direction when you sailing on the ocean. Setting up a  New Year’s plan which can be calculated and becarried out is  the secondstep .To rely on the second step is what we need best ,what kind of  a plan and what level of a plan you set up isthe key to all. In my point of view  ,a plan which should be practical and suitablefor you ,instead of being romantic and beyond you. Here I have an example for you to make it clear. My own experience of learning French  ,which  can count for what I have said above .When Iwas 10 years old ,I have showed great interest in learning French .To me ,I just wish to master her ,however I had never had a scheduled mission to fulfillit daily, such as how many words I would remember or how many articles I shouldread ,letting alone the accurate time to master her. My dear reader ,easily,you can imagine that the consequence of my learning French ,in  a word to sum up ---failure. To be frank, I hadmerely kept on learning her for 2 months  . Even tilltoday, I have not  been  entering  thedoor of  learning French yet, it is clearthat I have the absence of means to estimate her .Consequently, after undergoing the miserable and failed plan, I amaware that how importance of making everyday job clear upon my plan.

Despite it isnot available and reasonable for us to limit our time to realize a plan, yet facinga pile of plans you do, which is the most powerful weapon you weapon yourselffrequently.  Remember  ,athing that anyone who wants to make him perfect through fulfill his plan, startingfrom a little piece is what I  eagerly wouldlike to stress. Your daily work should be as clock which runs according to hercycle accurately  . Dickens  , a  famouswriter in Britain  , before he had beenfamous ,he had ordered him to write 800 words to practice daily . Making abeautiful scene in your mind always  ,inorder to encourage yourself ,especially , when you feel exhausted and disappointed.
