✴糖化是怎么回事?
对于中国人的饮食习惯而言,糖的过度摄入是多种慢性疾病的根源,所以,健康中国建设,提升健康水平的一条重要途径就是减少碳水化合物的摄入。
减少糖的摄入,最有效的方式当然是调整饮食结构,其中控制主食的进食量是关键。尤其是七十年代以前出生的人,生长或长期生活在短缺经济时期,肉蛋奶等优质蛋白的饮食严重不足,因而形成对大米和面食的依赖和喜好。要减少碳水化合物摄入的确是一件不容易的事情,但是这又恰恰是闯过的一道大关。
