这三天都是针对《The science book-big ideas》中首章节选部分来进行分析,由于这一本科普读物,文章通俗易懂,并没有出现一些佶屈聱牙的专业名词如:脱氧核糖核酸之类的。文科生表示看到这些名词简直是如临大敌。
以前上自然课之类理科性的课程,当老师讲到一些比较有趣的历史或者是历史中的新发现:牛顿在苹果树下被苹果砸到发现了万有引力;阿基米德在洗澡的时候发现水往外溢出从而确立了浮力定理;达尔文在随船队来到加拉帕戈斯群岛进行考察时,发现了不同岛屿上的加拉帕戈斯象龟在外型上的不同,从而大胆猜测物种会随着环境的变化而产生变化等等时,我都会很认真地去听老师讲的每一个字。但当我真正去面对那些枯燥乏味的公式的时候,我真的是提不起半分的兴趣。可我对于自然的探索并不会止步在可怕的公式面前,因为我认为科学就在我们的周围,我尤其喜欢的是自然科学以及天文。
我的第一本自然科学启蒙书就是《昆虫记》,我还记得其中有许多昆虫的配图,为了验证书中的图片的真实性,我去捉蚱蜢,掏蚂蚁窝,粘知了。每当夜幕降临的时候,我也会试着在春季夜空中寻找北斗七星,并尝试着拼出大熊星座的样子。那一段童年时光我过得很充实,也很开心。
现在我依然也会像小时候那样保持着对自然的热爱,我会到网上观看和自然有关的纪录片,试着去记住一些生物方面的知识。我正在尝试着克服内心对于理科学科的恐惧,不仅因为理科知识能够让我更加系统地了解周围的一切,而且它还能够培养的我的逻辑思维。至少不会因为一些谣言而失去对事物本身的判断。
感谢自己一直以来保持着对自然的初心以及对生命的敬畏。
