食材表:
鸡蛋1个、白砂糖45g、低筋面粉45g、高筋面粉42g、可可粉27g、泡打粉3g、食盐1g、黄油50g、巧克力片适量
制作方法:
1、碗中磕入鸡蛋,倒入白砂糖,搅拌至看不到砂糖颗粒

2、将融化的黄油倒入蛋液中,搅拌至看不到油花

4、盖上一层保鲜膜,拿到冰箱里面冷冻一个小时

5、面团分成18g一个的小球球,搓圆,然后直接按进去两片巧克力

6、收口收紧,再次搓圆
