食材表:
高筋面粉250g、榴莲肉400g、饮用水140g、白砂糖20g、芝士600g、酵母1.5g、黄油25g、食盐2g、表层黄油适量

制作方法:
1、在大碗中倒入面粉、白糖、食盐,混合均匀,然后倒入酵母,再边搅拌边倒入清水,直到揉成光滑的面团

2、把融化好的黄油倒入碗中,然后继续揉面团,不需要揉成膜,只需要揉光滑就可以了

3、盖上盖子,醒发半个小时就行,不需要完全醒发

4、把榴莲肉捣碎备用

5、面团从碗中取出,稍微排气,然后平均分成两等份,用手搓光滑

6、再将面团擀成很薄很薄的面片,擀的面片越薄,可以放的榴莲馅就越多,然后用手轻轻地拍边缘部分,拍薄一点

7、撒上一层芝士,然后铺满一层榴莲肉,喜欢榴莲肉的一定要多放一点,这样会更好吃,然后再撒上一层芝士

8、像包包子一样把周边对捏到中间,然后收口,收口一定要收紧实在,这样内馅才不会流出来

9、轻轻的拍平整,然后转移到烤盘中,光滑的一面朝上

10、用剪刀在表层中间剪上一个十字形状,放入提前预热好的烤箱,190度烤15分钟
