设计思维是一种以人为本的创新方法，通过设计师将人的需要、技术可行性和商业需求结合。

团队协同需要每个人在某种程度上都要成为T型人，也就是要有一定的广度和深度，这样才能互相理解对方的思维、思路。多元化的团队、开放具创造性的环境、通过迭代实现创新。

保持开放的心态，向他人学习不同的技术。Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.
