一. 酒店预订
Making a Reservation
You: "Hi, how much are your rooms?"
"Hi, what are your rates?"
"Hello, how much is a room?"
Them: "Our rooms start at $79 for a basic room."
"Our rooms start at $79 for a standard room and go up to $300 for a suite."
词汇学习：basic room/ standard room：标准间; suite：套房
You: "Hi, I would like to reserve a room."
"Hello, can I reserve a couple of rooms?"
Them: "What day do you want to check in?"

二. 入住酒店
Check In
可以直接说：
"Hi, I am checking in."
"Hi, I have a reservation and I am checking in."
酒店会确认信息，这个时候你可以问电梯在哪，或者退房时间等：
"Where is the elevator?"
"Do you have concierge service here?"

三. 酒店退房
Check Out
退房比较简单，跟入住差不多，直接说：
"I am checking out."
酒店会告知费用，并让你刷卡付款：
"Should we charge the credit card on file or did you want to use a different card?"
"Your credit card will be charged a total of $256.78. Can you sign on the bottom?"
最后就是礼貌性的告别：
"Thank you for staying with us. We look forward to seeing you again."
