15/28 原来屈服于诱惑是那么容易

奖励的承诺和缓解压力的承诺会导致各种各样不合逻辑的行为。

结合最近我的拖延和焦虑，感到确实如此。如果需要做的事情堆积如山时，我有时却忍不住想看美剧，而不是滚去干活。当第二天要上课，需要认真备课的时候，没有头绪的情况下会冲动地想看个美剧缓解一下。原来这些行为都是大脑和奖励的承诺联系起来的结果。让我们乐观地认为明天会更好！殊不知，每天都是一样的生活，如果现在不行动，之后的每一天都不会有改变。

到底如何才能让我自控一点，不拖延呢？回想近期，我觉得比较有效果的方法就是时刻想你的目标，为什么要做运动，是为了塑形，为了健康，为了更好看。为什么要做翻译练习？为了提高自己的英语表达能力，走出舒适圈，迎接挑战。再和自己念叨一遍，第三周最容易失控，哈哈哈~~

翻译练习做起来：

1. People must plan them collect information and write them. Writing takes time and it is often frustrating and even infuriating. No other form of writing is at once so quixotic and so intensely practical.

我的翻译：人们需要计划，收集信息和写出来。编写词典很耗时，而且常常令人感到沮丧甚至愤怒。没有其他形式的编写会立刻不切实际，和可操作性的。

答案：词典并非是一蹴而就的。必须先制定计划，收集材料，然后方能编写。编写词典不仅耗费时间，而且常让人受挫，甚至恼怒。没有其他的写作像编纂词典那样，既要有空想又要脚踏实地。

2. 智力测试只能很粗地衡量孩子的学习能力，尤其是学习学校要求的东西的能力。智力测试并不能衡量一个人的个性，社会适应力，耐力性，劳动技能，或艺术才能。

我的翻译：An intelligence test only can measure the children's learning ability, especially for what schools require. Intelligence test can not evaluate a person's personality, social adaptability, endurance, laboring skills and art intelligence. 

Diary:

Today in the morning I completed three classes, which enlightened me. Yesterday I spent plenty of time preparing for the new class, which is totally not familiar with me. I have no idea how to develop the activities. But today after class, I have confidence in myself. Because I challenge myself to lecture in English for the entire class. I realize with delight that if I provide rich content to the students and arrange various activities, the class goes well.
