其实,听完课最大的收获就是:
培训一定是对业务结果负责,最好是能学以致用,学完即用;那么培训的成果,可以输出案例、SOP、让学员或其上级填写跟进表、打造评选标杆等,最重要的就是知识萃取,通过培训给到业务一套方法论,可以自行使用;
最后,落地很重要,这就需要设置监督和跟进环节,有时候上级的一句提醒和关注,或培训设置的行动跟进表/反馈表,就能起到很好的作用。
