一．建立业务关系

1. 我们从网上得知贵公司的各称和地址信息。(获取客户信息)

We obtained your name and address from the internet.

2. 为了拓展我们的产品进入南美市场，我们给您写信，寻求合作的可能。（去函目的）

In order to expand our products into South America, we are writing to youto seek cooperaton possibility.

3. 我公司在纺织行业圈内享有很高的信誉。（本公司概述）

We enjoy an excellent/high reputation in the circle of textile.

4. 为了让您对我们的产品有全面的了解，我们附上目录，供您参考。(产品介绍)

To give you a general idea of our products, we are enclosing our catalogue for your reference.

5. 我们期待您的早日回复。（结尾）

We are looking forward to your specific inquiries.

6. 样品可应要求提供。

Sample is available upon request.

7. 随函寄上我们最新的产品目录供你参考。如果有任何问题，请尽管联系我。

Enclosed is our latest catalogue for your reference. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

8. 您能今天回复吗？因为5月1号到5月3号我们将放假。

二．合同

1. 包装一定会严格按照合同规定进行。

Packing will be done strictly in accordance with the contract.

2. 质量和数量都与合同规定相吻合。

Quality and quantity are in conformity with the contract.

3. 我们能按合同规定如期装船。

Shipment will be effected according to the contract stipulations.

4. 合同规定如果供货商延误交货期将被罚款。

The contract states that the supplier will be charged a penalty if there is a delay in delivery.

5. 该罚款不应超过合同总价的2%。

Such penalty shall be limited to a 2% of the contract value.

6. 合同将在签字后生效。

The contract will come into effect upon signature.

7. 信用证的有效期时间和船期太近了，我们没有足够的时间来准备好所有的单证，并且提交给银行索取贷款。

The expiry date of L/C is too close to the shipment date. We don’t have enough time to prepare the documents and present to bank for payment.

8. 我保证我们能够按合同规定如期装船，你们的货如期一切进展顺利。

I am sure that shipment will be effected according to the contract stipulation. Everything is going well for your goods as scheduled.

9.根据合同#201510，我们向你方采购500吨大米，但是竟然有30吨的短重。根据你方的要求，我们已提供给你方所有的单据和图片，但是至今问题还没有解决。

According to contract No.201510, we bought 500 tons of rice from you, but there was a shortage of 30 tons. Upon your request, we provided you all necessary document and pictures, but the problem has not been settled yet. It’s still pending.

一．包装

1. 因为我们的产品容易受损，很有必要特别注意包装问题。

As our products are easily damaged, it is quite necessary to pay special attention to packing.

2. 包装需包上泡泡纸后装入纸处。

The products are to be wrapped in bubble paper before being packed in cartons.

3. 纸箱必须装入足够多的填充物。

Be sure to put enough padding into the cartons.

4. 我们将按你方的要求进行包装。

We’ll pack the goods according to your instruction..

5. 货物必须严格按我们的批示包装。

Goods must be packed in strict accordance with our instructions.

6. 报价中不含有包装费用。

Packing charges are excluded in the quoted price.

7. 木箱包装必须提供熏蒸证。

Original fumigation certificate are required for wood packing.
