it's Thursday and sunny today, i woke up about 6:10 this morning, and my wife cooked noodles as the breakfast.

He asked us to do the CPK analysis of thickness, flateness and parallelism with M68 formula.

i sent the reason analysis for the thinner quality issue to David, i thought the root cause was the operator didn't do the TPM before production. i asked Rain to collect the mass of mix for each cup, and 100 pieces thickness datas continually. and the datas ware all ok. so i judged the root cause was that the cup and the scale transfer bin was not at the same center line before production that caused material leak.

so i suggested the production guy to confirm this item of TPM twice one shift, and then tracked for a period of time, whether this problem will occur again?
