奥斯卡·王尔德(Oscar Wilde，1854~1900)，英国著名文豪，是19世纪最富盛名的剧作家。他身兼诗人、小说家、散文家、童话作家等，是19世纪与萧伯纳齐名的英国才子。奥斯卡·王尔德是唯美主义代表人物，19世纪80年代美学运动的主力和90年代颓废派运动的先驱。1900年王尔德因脑膜炎于巴黎的旅馆去世，终年46岁。
