Introduction of the Earth

    Now, I am not a college student, but an space ambassador. And our alien friend is coming, I need to let him know about the Earth that represents unique civilization in the Universe.

Introduction of the Earth

    Maybe our alien friend will ask why is the Earth the unique civilization in the space. Don’t worry. I will explain it in detail and gives you a clear picture of Earth. Firstly, Earth is unique in its technology and culture, which is created by human beings on Earth. We tend to divide the civilization into two parts: the East and the West. China, the longest civilized nation on Earth, creates the most abundant culture. Take one of the Four Great Invention of Ancient China-paper making for instance, paper is not just a paper, but media of human knowledge and it carries our philosophical wisdom and knowledge. Without paper-making technology, the character and information is still carved in bamboo or wood, which demands great resources and make the dissemination of knowledge  more difficult. China not only shining out in ancient time, but also in recent time because of the four new great invention of China is surfacing. Then, let me talk about the West, the West is shinning out in recent hundreds of years because of the development of technology and revolution, which changed the world and linked every corner of the Earth together.

    Secondly, the Earth is unique in its diversity and collaboration. In the perspective of trade, every countries and place are difficult. They have their unique culture and tradition based on different landscapes and history. However, they get involved in the production, distribution and consumption of commodities and the world is irrevocably linked, which seems to me that all human being’s fate is connected and no one is left to be an isolated island. Facing with the big challenge like global warming, every person need cooperation to face trouble.

    I just roughly explained the uniqueness of Earth in the aspects of culture  and technology, diversity and collaboration. If our alien friends want to learn more, maybe next time.
