4.将白砂糖称重放入无水无油料理盆

5.将6枚鸡蛋磕碎打入料理盆

8.用硅胶刷将蛋糕模具抹油,同时将蛋糕纸杯备好

9.将拌好的材料倒入裱花袋,然后挤入模具至七分满

三/烤蛋糕
1.上述9步之前可将烤箱预热十分钟。上火160下火160
2.预热结束,将蛋糕放入烤箱,时间为15分钟。(具体时间及温度因烤箱而异)

3.烤至途中随时观察蛋糕颜色,可用锡纸覆盖防止烤糊
