抹茶酥皮泡芙,从酥皮到馅都是满满的抹茶

食材表:
抹茶酥皮:黄油60g、糖粉40g、低筋面粉75g、抹茶粉5g
抹茶泡芙体:黄油45g、纯牛奶145g、白糖5g、低筋面粉85g、抹茶粉5g、鸡蛋4个
制作方法:
1、碗中放入黄油、糖粉、低筋面粉、抹茶粉,用手抓拌均匀,然后揉成团

2、将面团用擀面杖擀平,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏半小时

3、用模具将面皮印出圆饼

4、锅中放入黄油、纯牛奶、白糖,小火加热至沸腾

5、锅中继续加入低筋面粉、抹茶粉,搅拌至无干粉状态,然后揉成团

6、鸡蛋打散,然后分3次加入泡芙面团中,等搅拌均匀后再加入下一次,直到完全搅拌均匀,然后装入裱花袋中备用

7、挤入烤盘中,盖上制作好的酥皮

8、放入预热好的烤箱,上火190度下火160度烤10分钟,然后转上下火160度烤30分钟

9、最后加入抹茶奶油,放上一颗草莓作为装饰,抹茶酥皮泡芙就制作完成了
