食材表:
五花肉500g、香叶2片、八角4个、桂皮1节、辣椒1个、茴香3g、冰糖10g、生抽5g、蚝油2勺、温水10g、生姜、大蒜、小葱
制作方法:
1、调汤汁。碗中放入香叶、八角、桂皮、辣椒、茴香、冰糖、生抽、蚝油、食盐、温水,搅拌均匀备用

2、锅中热水,加入生姜3片、生抽5g,然后放入五花肉块焯水,炒至变色捞出
