夏天,大家都开始露肉了,要想露得更加自信,吸引更多回头率,肯定要抓紧时间高强度训练,打造一个完美的线条!
很多人对一些高强度剧烈训练项目又不太适应,今天搞肌君分享一个国外的4周训练计划。里面没有波比跳,跳箱等一些高强度燃脂动作,取而代之的是一些中低强度的普适的训练。

这个训练计划分为A和B两个方案。每周一三五,A方案和B方案循环训练,AB两个训练日之间(每周二四六)还要插入游泳,长跑等你喜欢的交叉训练项目,周日休息。方案A侧重线性运动,方案B侧重多方向运动。每个方案都要按顺序完成动作。动作1,动作2做三组。动作3,动作4做三组。动作5,动作6做三组,一共九组。
