1.先洗净五花肉,冷水下锅,煮十分钟,捞出过凉水,洗净浮沫。
2.切5厘米见方肉块,炒糖上色。
3.葱,姜放砂锅底部。肉块放进去。加老抽,冰糖,花雕酒,(我还加了红曲米水,八角,花椒。)加水没过肉块,大火开,小火炖一小时后加盐。继续炖两小时。
4.吃的时候,放小碗蒸几块就好。
