1虚拟语气在宾语从句中的运用：wish后加宾语从句有现在和过去两种情况，都表示与现实情况相反。I wish we had more money./ I wish I had been here yesterday.
注意wish和hope不同的使用方法：wish用虚拟语气，hope用陈述语气：I hope she will be on time./ I wish she would be on time.
Should +动词原形，构成谓语表示“竟然会”：I can’t think why he should have been so angry.
2虚拟语气在主语及表语等从句中的运用:不少主语从句中动词可使用动词原形。It’s vital that we be present./ It’s essential that a meeting be convened this week.
虚拟语气在状语从句中的运用I’m anxious that I shouldn’t be in the way. / I’m surprised that Jack should feel lonely. Lily acts as if she knew you.
