法律用的少，就荒了。
翻译“知识产权”时，会犹豫一下：到底是intellectual property，还是intellectual property right？
不要笑，确实是这样子的。看似确定，真要翻译出来，又拿不准了。要不然你告诉，是哪个？
应该是intellectual property right吧？你看，知识“产权”，既然是权利，自然是这个。
好像有道理哦。查一下，确实，intellectual property right，简称为IPR，就是“知识产权”的意思。
既然这样，小编还节外生枝，纠结intellectual property干啥？！（鄙视脸）
呃，是酱紫的。
Property至少有两层含义：财产和财产权。由此推论，intellectual property也应该有两层含义：知识财产和知识产权。
在翻译“知识产权”时，这条逻辑就自动蹦出来了。所以才会有上面的纠结。
那对不对呢？查查词典看：
《布莱克法律词典》告诉我们，小编的推理是无比正确的！（骄傲脸）

《元照法律词典》就不用看了，基本上是从布莱克翻译过来的，大同小异。
从词典解释来看，“知识产权”翻译成intellectual property也没问题。不过，为了区分起见，可以按需要使用IP和IPR这两个词。
啥是IP？
IP都不懂？！现在炒的辣么火。人人都要建IP，这个都不懂？！就是电视剧、大V、网红啊。。。
哦。。。（懵逼脸）
有意思的是，上面布莱克只在第二个义项用了IP的缩写，难道说第一个要缩写成IPR？搞不懂。
好吧，我承认后面这几段是为了凑字数。这篇文章就是为了解决上面那个翻译问题的。（摊手）
