信开始和结束的格式参见之前小作文概述。
1、首段
A.第一句话
I am a loyal customer of your honored company/store.
B.第二句话
I ordered a (……)from your store last Friday.I received it two days later, only to find it was of poor quality, thus writing this letter today to you for help.
括号内填写自己购买的商品/物品。
永远不要对自己说放弃二字2、中间段
There are several aspects that I am afraid I have to complain to you. Indeed, (X1). Meanwhile, (X2).I would complain to the department concerned if I failed to get any satisfactory reply before the end of this month.
对X1-X2,填写对应商品/物品的缺陷或者是自己不满意的地方。
3、末段
一句话作结
It is my sincere hope that you could give me full refund or replace it with a new one.
至此字数可以保证100+了。
投诉信需要自己补充的内容也很少,大部分内容都可以提前准备好,见黑体加粗倾斜部分,所以背起来吧!
