My electric pressure cooker

If let me talk about a useful electronic equipment of my house, I’d like to air about my electric pressure cooker. The cooker was bought two years ago when I decided to move my house from the company to the rental. When I lived in the company, because of the company’s rules, I can’t cook porridge in the dormitory. Sometimes, when I cooked the porridge in private, I feared that I would be found by our company’s guards, which would be terrible. If anyone violate the company’s rules, the punishment will be strict. Before I decided to move house, I first bought the electric pressure cooker. In the two years, it always provided many convenience for me.

First, using it is very simple. After connected to power, choosing the function I need, the following working will be finished by the cooker automatically.

Second, cooking food can save time. Because of the cooker’s pressure, the temperature in the pot is above 100 degree centigrade, so the whole grains food I favorite can be boiled up within thirty minutes. When some friends visit my house, I also use the cooker to cook soup, rice and so on.

Third, the food the cooker cooks has a good taste. Many people have some experiences to use the old pressure-cooker and know that the food tastes good, and so is the electric pressure cooker.

Forth, using the electric pressure cooker to cook food can save energy and money. As we know, it has high efficiency. If it boils water in the pot, the cooker enters the state of holding pressure. In the following process, it only needs very little electricity to keep its pressure or it hardly need electricity in the final holding pressure. In this way, I can save a lot of electricity and gas bills every year.

Finally, I’d like to stress its’ booking function. I live in Huizhou alone and I always eat the meals in my home when I work. It is very convenient for me to use the cooker’s booking function to cook three meals. So long as I come back to my house after I finish my work, I can enjoy the steaming dishes and delicious porridges at once.
