秋言物语(45)| 马小秋:关于企业管理

    昨天在和朋友谈到关于企业管理的话题,朋友认为鼎益丰的成功在很大程度上取决于鼎益丰的企业文化。对朋友的这一看法,我表示认同。

    Yesterday, I talked with a friend about the topic of business management, who believed that the success of Ding Yifeng depends largely on its corporate culture which I agree with.

    何为企业?在我看来很简单:一群人,一个办公场所,具备相应的合法手续,就构成了一家企业。但每家企业的形式和内核却各不相同,鼎益丰是精神和物质的结合体。同样是一群人,一个办公场所,但却演绎着不一样的企业故事。

    What is business? I think it is very simple. A business consists of a group of people work within space with the appropriate legal procedures. But each business’s form and kernel are different. Ding Yifeng is a combination of spirit and material. The same group of people working in an office space interpret a different corporate story.

    早晨的五声鼓响,五声钟鸣,开始了《道徳经》的读颂。朗朗的读经声,传诵着千年的文化,散发着圣贤的智慧,振奋着民族的精神!这是鼎益丰7年来风雨无阻的晨会。

    With the strokes of drum and bell respectively for 5 times in the morning, the staffs begin reading the Tao Te Ching. The reading sound transmits the culture of thousands of years, exudes the wisdom of saints, and inspires the spirit of the nation! This is how Ding Yifeng looks like in the morning for seven years, rain or shine.

    晨会制是我创办鼎益丰的纲领,许多人赞叹鼎益丰坚持7年而纲领未改,而在我的感受中从未有过"坚持"。它仅仅是一种自然而然的事,自然得就像吃早餐一样。

    Morning system is my original intention as I founded Ding Yifeng, for which many people speak highly of for 7 years. And in my opinion, there is never so-called “insisting”. It is only a natural thing, just like to have breakfast.

    我认为成功的企业管理取决于企业的文化建设、核心技术和人才培养。文化建设:是提升员工人生观、价值观、道德观的重要组成部分。核心技术:是保证企业经济增长不可缺少的根本要素和命脉。它在很大程度上是不可复制的,并且具备在相当长时间内的不可超越性。人才的培养:企业最得心应手的人才,都是在企业本身的土壤里成长起来的,完全是根据企业发展的需求,而培养的德才兼备的人才。这里除了企业文化的打造之外,还需要逐步建立健全一套完整的教育体系,以适应企业,乃至于国家和民族利益的需要。这是培养人才的责任心、使命感和胸怀天下的大格局。

    I think the success of business management is up to the cultural construction, core technology and personnel training of an enterprise. Cultural construction is an important part to enhance the staff’s outlook on life, values, and morality. Core technology is the essential elements and lifeline indispensable to ensure economic growth of an enterprise, which is neither copied to a large extent, nor transcended in a long time. In terms of talent training, the most talented people in an enterprise grow up in the soil suitable to it who are of ability and integrity, cultivated entirely based on the needs of enterprise development. In addition to the building of corporate culture, it also needs to gradually establish a complete set of education system to meet the business demands, and even state and national interests. This is the sense of responsibility to cultivate talent, mission and big picture of embracing the world.

    因此,企业管理没有完全固定的模式,同时也没有一成不变的方法,它是随着企业不断发展而不断变化方法的。但它同时自始自终都贯穿着企业创始人的思想和观念,这是企业发展永远不变的根本。

    Therefore, there is neither completely fixed model for the business management, nor one-size-fits-all approach. It keeps constantly changing with continuous development of enterprises. However, the thinking and principles of the founders run through, which is the fundamental to business development.(2017年7月24日马小秋分享)
