食材表:
鸡腿3个、食盐、黑胡椒粉、料酒、洋葱一个、胡萝卜1个、土豆1个、香菇3个、葱姜、白糖、酱油、葱花、香油
制作方法:
1、鸡腿洗净去骨,切成小块

2、鸡腿中加入食盐、黑胡椒粉、料酒,然后搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟

3、洋葱、胡萝卜、土豆、香菇切小块,备用
