Winning is Not Enough is a whole account of Jackie Stewart, best F1 racer of all time. In this field which requires so much concentration, this, however, was not his only dedication. He was also keen on shooting, and later became a journalist and businessman.

It's amazing how much he has achieved during that difficult period of racing. It must have been hard to choose between the speed and victory from safety and life. I'm deeply touched when I read about how he continued his race watching his best friend die just alongside the pit. The family support also played an important part in his success. Being a racer's wife back then was a tough job, but Helen, his wife, never made him to choose between career and family.

It's hard to believe that he has so excellent communication skills with the dyslexia, from which it's not hard to imagine how much effort he has put into his new career.

In the book he mentioned:"If winning is not enough, what is enough?" "In my view, 'enough' is winning over an extended period of time in a variety of different fields and, as the recurring theme of this book may suggest, the key to achieving long-term success lies in nurturing meaningful long-term relationships."

Well said. In some jobs for young people only, winning during several years is not enough, we still have the whole life ahead of us. So we need to nourish the true relationship and spirit, make best of everyday until we can keep on winning.
