1、五花肉洗净,切成块,放入冷水锅中,烧开后捞出备用;

2、豆腐干洗净,切丁,放入沸水锅中,焯烫备用;

1、五花肉洗净,切块,放入料理机、加葱姜水、蛋清打成泥备用;
