糖质不仅滋养癌细胞,还会损伤血管。
过度摄入糖质,血管会变得破败不堪。当血管受到损伤变硬后,就形成了动脉硬化。血管受到损伤,对我们的头脑也会造成恶劣的影响。如果血管内壁伤痕累累,血流就会减少,甚至形成堵塞,就会引起慢性脑缺血,再发展下去还会造成脑死亡。最终发展成阿尔茨海默症。糖尿病患者患上阿尔茨海默症的风险是普通人的2倍,而长期注射胰岛素的糖尿病患者患上阿尔茨海默症的风险更是普通人的4倍。
糖质造成肥胖,胰岛素还有另一个名字,叫“肥胖激素”,肥胖的元凶不是脂肪而是糖质。
糖质降低胃的活力。这种现象叫做“糖反射”。吃肉的话,30分钟就会在胃里被消化殆尽,鸡蛋酸奶要比米饭面条更容易消化。
糖质会氧化和糖化身体=老化。肌肉,骨骼,血管,皮肤,黏膜等人体部位,基本上是由蛋白质构成的。过多摄入糖质,会使体内的蛋白质劣化。蛋白质发生糖化后,其弹性和活性就会丧失,从而发生劣化,导致身体老化加速。如果血管发生糖化就会引起动脉硬化,肌肉糖化,肌肉的弹性和舒张力就会丧失,从而造成下垂和形成皱纹。糖质摄入越多,人体老化速度越快。
糖质会形成糖中毒和依赖症,让肉体和精神都对它产生高度的依赖。
食品添加剂不会有任何饱腹感,容易不知不觉摄入过量糖质
糖质引起精神不稳定,摄入大量糖质后,快感和焦躁感就像过山车一样反复交替忽上忽下。
