步骤1:抹茶粉10g过筛,与细砂糖80g混合后再次过筛备用。吉利丁片7g用冰水泡软。

步骤2:牛奶320ml加水以中火加热至从锅边冒出小气泡后离火,将一部分牛奶倒入抹茶粉中。
