One day i was in black mood and almost cried , in control of myself throughout the office,began crawling around the bed and howling once back to apartment.
The reason for my bad moon, it would be a little thing for someone else,but it's almost the end of my life ... i was telling my good friends when crying, who're all very positive friends and always encourage me to search for new knowledge and skills.However, i was immerse in terrible thoughts and even begun to blame their faults : they're so positive all the times, and if i wasn't tought by them to be so eager to learning new knowledge and improving myself all the time, would i be surrounded with so many painful stuffs ? I was continuing to cry in spite of their confortable words.
After the crying, i went to wash my face and dry the tears immediately, then prepared for the next day's breakfast before going to bed.
The next moring was a sunshine day and i went to a gym center of an luxury hotel for swimming as usual .Just arrived at the gate of the hotel, all the receptions gave me a warm sunshine welcome.After the morning exercise, the happy hormone generated during exercise, endorphines with a healthy breakfast, brought me to a fresh day . Everything was going on as usual, nobody knew there was a terrible meltdowns 10 hours ago.
I love the sunshine smile of the hotel waiters, though i'm well aware of it's their job with professional smile,nobody knows how important it is to me , especially when you're living alone in the city under pressure work.
Remember the tips when meltdowns are more likely to happen to you :
1,Do not cry in any public place, nobody want to see a crying person
2,Only tell your trusted friends when you're crying or others would laugh at you somehow
3,Do remember to clean your face and dry your tears
4,Sleep well and have beautiful breakfast
5,Do your job as usually no matter what happens
Once you've finished the above, you'll ensure your work and life is going on and the bad mood with terrible thoughts would be put away.After you've calm down , make some plans and solution on reflection of what happened. There's always something you could learn from every lessons, no matter it's your fault or not in the office.
