原料:
低筋面粉50g,玉米淀粉100g,黄油40克,白砂糖10克(最好用糖霜),奶粉40g,鸡蛋1个。
做法:
1、鸡蛋+糖搅匀;

2、加入低筋面粉、奶粉、玉米淀粉、黄油揉成光滑面团;

揉成面团。如揉出的面太软,放放冰箱冷冻半小时。

3、搓成指头大小的圆球;

4、放入空气炸锅180度20分钟,中间翻一下。

十分钟后这样,感觉有点裂

20分钟后出锅了,尝了,非常好吃,酥酥的,香香的。
