Many people exercise only occasionally or not at all. Reasons for not exercising range from "I don't have time" to "It's too hard" or "I don't like exercising."
In fact, the only valid excuse for not exercising is that you have a physical illness and can't really move. In other words, if you don't exercise, you're hurting yourself. You've lost one of the simplest effective ways to feel happy, calm, and not irritable. You didn't pay enough attention to yourself and threw yourself into a messy family life that could have been avoided.
