1、备料:鸡蛋3个,食盐适量;

2、鸡蛋打到碗中,放入适量食盐用筷子搅散;
3、炒锅置于火上,添加与蛋液等量的清水,注意是1:1的比例!

4、大火烧开后,转小火;

5、轻轻地倒入蛋液,蛋液底部会很快地凝固并起大泡;
6、待它的底部均匀的凝固后,用锅铲轻轻翻动,底部的翻上来,上面的翻下去;
7、炒至水分收干即可。这个过程相当地快,几分钟就好,出锅撒上葱花,或番茄酱,超级鲜内的无油版炒蛋!
